1) How do I set my combination lock again?

Easy breezy lemon....well you know, so here goes, The original number is set to 0-0-0, make sure the dials are set to 0-0-0, press down on the rest button which is to the right of the dials, it will depress and make a click sound. Now you can set your code, please don't use 420 that's too obvious, then once your code is set, slide the slider part to the right. This is the button that unlocks the zipper pullers. Your lock is now set. Please do not forget your code as you cannot reset it when the wrong code is on the dials!

2) What's the best way to take care of my Herb & Mary?

This part is easy, just use a towel, some warm water and soft soap. Clean off the dirty parts that way. Please do not dunk your Herb & Mary bag in water as this might deform it and also damage the leather.

3) How does the odor protection work?

Well in two was really, first the activated carbon lined interior works to capture the smells as much as possible to prevent them from getting through. Second, the rubber seal adds another barrier so that the smells don't seep through the zipper.

4) Can I find Herb & Mary in stores?

Unfortunately not yet. Right now we are concentrating our core sales through online sales channels but we are open to going traditional retail when the time comes and if it makes sense for us. But for now you can simply refer your friends and family right here.
